This scholarship is available to students applying for full-time undergraduate degrees in various fields, including Life and Environmental Sciences, Arts and Law, Social Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Physiotherapy.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

• Make the University of Birmingham their first-choice institution for a full-time undergraduate degree.
• Receive an offer from the University for a program starting in September 2025.
• Meet the academic requirements of their chosen course.
• Ensure full payment of net tuition fees no later than November 1, 2025.
• Be classified as international students for tuition purposes.

How to Apply

Here’s the best part: no application is required!
KICL and the University of Birmingham will identify the top three highest-achieving students who meet the criteria. Selected students will be contacted directly and must complete a form to accept the award and agree to participate in promotional activities for the University and Kaplan pathway programs.

Award Process

The scholarship will be applied as a deduction from the first year’s tuition fees upon enrolment in September 2025. In the case of a nominee declining the award, the next highest-achieving student will be considered.
